7 minute walk / 9 minute stroll (with cases and/or children) from Ashford International Station (you will arrive on the International side of the station for Eurostar trains, not domestic).

It is ideal for people going away on holiday or business to Paris, EuroDisney, Brussels or Lille, or daily commuters from Ashford station.

There is a footpath/cycle path outside the house leading directly to the International side of the Station.

Town centre approx 8 minutes walk (the new County Square Shopping Center), McCarthy Glen Designer Outlet Retail Park about 12 min walk.

About Ashford:

Ashford is an area in Surrey which is around 15 miles away from Charing Cross and is part of the London commuter belt. Many people will call it Ashford, Middlesex in order to separate it from Ashford in Kent. In fact Ashford Train Station is often referred to as Ashford (Surrey) to prevent any confusion with travellers.

Ashford railway station was first opened back in 1848 when it was owned by the Windsor Staines and South Western Railway Company. By 1923 it had become part of Southern Railway and this was then passed to Southern region of British Railways in 1948.

Today the station is managed by South West trains and each year the station sees approximately 1,000,000 people pass through its doors. There are two platforms in the station and during off-peak times there are around eight trains that go through the station each hour to Weybridge, London Waterloo, Windsor and Eton Riverside.
