About Beverley:

Beverley is a county town, civil parish and market town that is located in East Riding in Yorkshire. It is well known for the Beverley Racecourse and Beverley Minster. Evidence suggests that people have lived in Beverley since around the seventh century and during the 800s a Viking invasion created the Kingdom of Jorvik in the local area. Today Beverly is known for being a thriving market town with a large market each Saturday and a smaller one occurring each Wednesday.
