Crouch End is in the London borough of Haringey and has a thriving town centre and many green parks and open spaces.
The area was once a hamlet and was part of Hornsey back in the 1300s. By 1681 Crouch End had been built on a crossroads and this is what prompted the area to be called Crouch End. During the Victorian period the area was developed considerably and many of the streets that are around today were built during this period.
Today Crouch End has a thriving music scene and is a very eclectic place to live in the capital.
"My space was easily rented and this was good value compared to other sites so I would recommend this to others."
Katie Donouzjian, London 7th March 2012
