Gidea Park is located in the London borough of East Havering and was constructed between 1910 to 1911 on the Romford Garden Suburb located.
The buildings in the area were made by over 100 different architects an these were used in a competition to decide upon the best town planning scheme. These houses were all know that exhibition houses and six of them currently have a grade 2 listed building status and are very much in demand by people who want to live in them.
Further houses were added to the area between 1934 and 1935 and these formed part of an exhibition about modern homes.
I successfully rented out my driveway on YourParkingSpace on a rolling monthly basis within a few weeks of my advert going live. Thanks!
