I am the owner of Flat 2, 29 Wellington Square, Hastings, TN34 1PN and am looking to rent out the car parking space that comes with my flat as it's not in use. It's located at the rear of the flat. Benefits include:
-The space is in a prime central location, 2 minute walk from Hastings high street and the seafront, 10 minute walk from the train station and very close to the historic castle.
-Car Parking permits are required in Wellington Square and cost £75 for a year with no guarantee of a space. If you don't have a permit, you can pay on a meter if you are lucky enough to find a space but this works out very expensive.
-Spaces in Hastings are often very hard to come by in this location. I'm offering a private space, with guaranteed parking for 6 months (or happy to come to an arrangement for shorter or longer period) for a very very reasonable price.
Note the photo shows the permit parking spaces which as you can see are very popular in this location. The private parking space I'm offering is on my driveway at the rear of the flat, very secure and private.
Garage available to rent in a secure area. The garage is in a residential location close to De La Warr Road. The garage can be used for the storage of household items or a car.

Hastings is a town that is located in East Sussex and it is around 53 miles away from the centre of London. The area is probably most well known for being a tourist destination thanks to the Norman conquest of England and the Battle of Hastings which occurred on 14 October 1066. As a result there is stills a thriving tourist industry in the area however many of the hotels that would operate in the area have now closed down.
Up until tourism took over the major industry of Hastings was fishing thanks to its location next to the sea. There are now several different industrial estates that are on the outskirts of town and these include catering, engineering, construction and motoring.
There are many places to shop in Hastings including the Priory Meadow shopping centre and the centre of town which has almost 60 shops which draw in the crowds each week.
Found someone in very short time.
