Hi,
I have a parking spot in the building car park which I do not use. It is a minute walk from Belsize Park tube station and 5-10 minutes walk to the Royal Free Hospital. It is generally a safe building with nice neighbours and the car park is no exception.
The parking spot is also within 5-15 minutes walk to:Chalk Farm, Camden Town, Kentish Town, Swiss Cottage, Euston, Kings Cross, Hampstead and Primrose Hill.
Long lets are negotiable.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Thank you.

Very large (7.5m x 3.5m), off street parking space on driveway alongside private house in Kentish Town, North London. Would suit a very large car or a van.

700 metre / 7 minute walk to Kentish Town Underground (Northern Line) for West End and City of London - Travel Card Zone 2. Kentish Town Rail Station (First Capital Connect) for St Pancras International.
Holloway Road is a London Underground tube station, with the station on the Piccadilly Line between Arsenal and Caledonian Road.
If you're travelling to Emirates Stadium then Holloway Road is the closest station to the ground.
Given it's close promixity to Emirates and excellent links to Central London, private parking spaces are in high demand, with both daily and monthly rentals possible.
"My space was easily rented and this was good value compared to other sites so I would recommend this to others."
