Ipswich is a town that is situated in Suffolk and is on the River Orwell’s estuary. It is thought that Ipswich is one of the oldest towns in England and Anglo-Saxons lived there in the seventh and eighth centuries.
Over the past few years Ipswich has seen a lot of redevelopment which has been mainly focused on the waterfront. This has been instrumental in turning it from an area primarily concerned with industry to one that has residential and commercial buildings.
From 1991 onwards Ipswich have hosted an arts festival known as Ip-Art which is incredibly popular and has artwork from many different artists.
I have had two delightful residents parking at the property as a result of this advert.
