Madejski Stadium Information:

Madejski Stadium is in Reading and it is the home of Reading Football Club. It is also the home of the London Irish rugby club. In addition to this it is also the finishing point of the Reading Half Marathon.

The stadium got its unusual name from the club’s chairman John Madejski. The stadium is fully seated and has a capacity of 24,161.

It cost in excess of Ј50 million to complete and it is built on the site of a former household waste dump. The natural grass in the stadium is woven with synthetic fibres and cost over a quarter of a million pounds.

It worked space rented! The free contracts are very useful.
