The O2 Arena in London is a multi-purpose indoor arena housed under the Millenium Dome, which stands on the Greenwich Peninsula. Its construction was slow - it started in 2003 and the arena finally hosted its first concert in 2007 - but it was worth the long wait, as it now has the second highest seating capacity of any indoor venue in the United Kingdom, beaten only by the Manchester Arena.
Superstars who have graced the arena’s stage include Elton John, Beyoncé, Radiohead and Taylor Swift. Every year in early December, the Jingle Bell Ball takes place there, and it also regularly hosts tennis tournaments and other sports events.
The O2 has four car parks: Car Park 1 is reserved for events, while 2, 3 and 4 are open to other visitors. O2 Car Park 1 has a one-off fee which lets you leave the car while you’re attending your event, while the other three car parks charge hourly tariffs.
The O2 car parks get expensive quickly and are often in high demand - especially for O2 event parking. At YourParkingSpace, we give drivers another option by connecting them with empty driveways, lock-up garages and allocated parking near the O2.

More unusual options for getting to the O2 include taking the cable car across the River Thames from the Royal Docks and catching the Thames Clipper riverboat. North Greenwich Pier, where the boat stops, is only 350 metres away from the venue.
Blue Badge spaces are available in all four of the O2’s car parks, but it is recommended to pre-book, as disabled parking is available at discounted rates online. Check the O2 website for more details.
