Ocean Village is a large marina which has several different uses and is located in Southampton at the mouth of the River Itchen.
The marina is owned by Marina Developments Limited and it has a total of 375 berths, some of which are large and deep enough to more large yachts and tall ships on. As well as having plenty of facilities for boat owners there are also recreational facilities such as wine bars, cafes, restaurants such as Pitcher & Piano and Banana Wharf, to cinemas and a multi-storey car park that has 776 parking spaces.
In addition to all of these recreational facilities there are also offices within the marina and a lot of large companies have their regional headquarters located inside. These include PricewaterhouseCoopers, Barclays plc and HSBC. There are also many other offices inside the marina that have been created within the warehouses that once served the docks.
I have rented my garage through yourparkingspace and have had no problems at all - the forms are especially helpful as they give peace of mind to both parties. Very straightforward and easy to use. Thanks
