Park Royal Station is a tube station that forms part of the London Underground and is on the Piccadilly line. This nation is located in Travelcard Zone 3 and it is between Alperton and North Ealing.
The station opened in 1903 and this time it was an extension on the way to South Harrow. This was then closed down and the new station, which stood in the same place opened the next day in 1931. The original building was made from timber although this was redeveloped over the years in order to become more structurally secure and sound.
The station has two platforms and on average 1.6 million passengers pass through its doors each year. There are two bus routes that operate in the area around the station and these serve the local community. At the moment there are plans to redevelop the station and bring it more up to date.
