Three tenancy options are available as follows:

One Month = £70
Six Months = £400
Twelve Months = £800

A £100 deposit is required at start of lease period that shall be returned upon receipt of permit at lease expiry/ termination.

After lapse of lease period, the lease shall revert to a rolling month to month lease of £70 per calendar month payable in advance. One months notice shall be required to terminate rolling lease given by landlord/ tenant.
