open parking space to rent in Gorgie area

I own an open parking space as part of my property which I never use. It is available in a residential area, on a monthly/half yearly/annual basis which can be renewed.

As I do not own a car and do not drive, it is available to rent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on a short or long term basis. The parking space is very near the Tynecastle stadium, tucked away from Gorgie road, and is a 15-20 min walk to Haymarket railway station and 30-35 min walk into the centre of town. It is also ideal for daily travel to Napier/Stevenson College(Sighthill)and Heriot-Watt Riccarton Campus.
