With the 2012 Olympics, the Car Parking on offer is in a prime location with the Imperial Whaft Tube Station just a few minutes away as a direct link to the Olympics Stadium. Given this to be the case, commercial interest is at a premium over this period and prices will be reviewed in accordance with the demand and subject to negotiation of interested parties.

Always be cautious when renting Car Parking Spaces especially within communial shared spaces because some operators will actually rent you a Car Parking Space which is not their own Car Parking Space or they are not entitled to rent their Car Parking Space, so be very careful before you part with your money. I am a Leaseholder and not a tenant, and I actually own my Car Parking Space by way of the Leasehold Agreement which is a paid for Car Parking Space. If you enter into a rental agreement with a tenant or resident then only their registered vehicle is allowed to use their Car Parking Space and your vehicle may be clamped or towed-away with a penalty fee of up to Ł260 from the actual owner of the Car Parking Space, so only ever deal with Leaseholders who actually own their Car Parking Spaces, and if in doubt ask to see a copy of the renter's Leasehold Agreement, and only deal with renters who are prepared to provide a picture of their actual Car Parking Space in verification of the space available, as all Car Parking restrictions are strictly enforced within the London area.
