Rainer Lane is a district that lies between West Harrow and Pinner in the London Borough of Harrow. In the Middle Ages the road through Rayners Lane was used for grain transportation and at this time it was called Bourne Lane and was used frequently.
As time went on the area became more densely populated and from 1929 to 1938 TF Nash, who was the biggest house builder joined the interwar period built a parade of shops on Alexandra Avenue. This saw more people visit the area in order to use the shop and other local amenities.
Rayners Lane Tube station serves the local area and this was first built in 1906 and many other buildings from this time were built around this area. The station is on the Piccadilly and Metropolitan lines which means that it is ideal for getting to and from London with the absolute minimum of fuss.
"Excellent website easy to use. Got an occupant within 2/3 weeks. Great."
