Hi,
I have a parking spot in the building car park which I do not use. It is a minute walk from Belsize Park tube station and 5-10 minutes walk to the Royal Free Hospital. It is generally a safe building with nice neighbours and the car park is no exception.
The parking spot is also within 5-15 minutes walk to:Chalk Farm, Camden Town, Kentish Town, Swiss Cottage, Euston, Kings Cross, Hampstead and Primrose Hill.
Long lets are negotiable.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. Thank you.

Warwick Avenue Station is one of the many different Tube stations that are on the London underground. It is on the Bakerloo line and light between Meadow Vale and Paddington Stations. The station is closed to Little Venice and it is in Travelcard Zone 2.
The station was first opened in 1915 as an extension to the Bakerloo Line. Before the station opened its proposed name was Warrington Crescent. There is no above ground building for the station and it can only be accessed by using one of the two sets of steps.
There are two platforms that are in constant use in Warwick Avenue Station and the station sees, on average 4.2 million passengers each year. There are several bus stops that are close to the station and these operate a number of different bus services, there is not a night bus for this area at the present time.
I have had two delightful residents parking at the property as a result of this advert.
