Wembley Information
The land surrounding Wembley Stadium has been used for football since the 1880s, with Wembley Stadium now having a 90,000 capacity, making it the second largest stadium in Europe. The nearby Wembley Arena has 12,500 seats, making it London’s second largest indoor venue.
There are two main train stations nearby. Wembley Central Railway station is serviced by Chiltern Railways services and Wembley Park is the nearest tube station. Via road there’s the M1 motorway to the east and the A40, which becomes to M40, to the west.
In terms of parking around the stadium, the practice of households renting out their off-street driveway spaces is very popular. You can often rent a space for in the region of £10 a day, but this can rise to as high as £25 for very popular events.
