Really convenient and secure space, although a bit tight for me with my walking stick. But the space next to it is only used for a motorcycle, so it's easy to park a bit closer to that line and get a bit more space to move around. The owners are easy to contact and very helpful.Cherysse
The location and cost are both superb but if you miss a spot to park on the first level just as you go through the door then good luck getting down to the lower level. Small car, no worries at all but anything larger and you will struggle and will benefit from a second person to see you through the tiny gap.Chris
Great location (close to London Bridge Station and The Shard). Bit of a tight turn in, but once inside, it was very easy to park in the spaces. I emailed to change the timing of the space, and the support team got back to me very quickly.Anthony
great app used it loadsTrevor
Good location. Parking spaces are narrow - and can be a tight fit when busy. Would be cool if there were are couple of electric charging points for hybrid drivers.Amit

Very easy to find, and clear photo on the website showed which car park it was. A good price and I'd definitely use this car park and website again. I've already recommended the service to others!Elizabeth
Easy enough to find with Sat Nav directions and directions given from the Your parking space team. Some confusion with the pin number given to type into keypad. I changed my time of arrival and I was given a second pin number on my paperwork. This pin did not work. Luckily I had my original paperwork with me as it was the original pin number which worked. Initially I felt that this was secure parking with the shutter only rising when you put in the pin number. However, on exiting the parking space by the door alongside the shutters, realised that the lock on the door was broken and anyone can enter from the street, (as we did on our return 2 days later). No one could have driven the car away, but it could have been broken into where it was parked, and I spent the weekend hoping and praying that all would be ok. For this reason alone I would only give it 3 stars. If the owner got the door mended, I would rate it 5 stars. Very pleased with booking through your parking space though!Carole
Absolutely brilliant.needed to park close to share for the elderly parent. Could it have been any betterGerard
