Very pleased with the location. However I did feel the parking spaces were a little on the small side. But I will definitely use it again.

  • Parking on Wrottesley Street, B5

Very good service, easy to book and no problems when getting my ticket validated to leave the car park. my car was parked for over 3 days and I was very satisfied with everything including the price. I will certainly use this service again in the future.

  • Parking on Irving St, B1

Safe parking at a reasonable price. IBIS staff offered extra reassurance as it was a while since I had used this service. 25 minutes walk to Edgbaston, but much more accessible and at a third of the price of the official cricket car parks. Many thanks!

  • Parking at Mailbox Car Park, B1

This parking space got some advantages and a few disadvantages. Pros: - Few 2 to 3 minutes walking distance from Birmingham New Street station. - Secure parking space with CCTV. - Quiet location, with plenty of parking spaces. Cons: -no clear instructions for those that pay online. (Correct instruction should be if you pay online, just press and park inside. Don't collect the ticket from the machine...that only applies to those paying on their way out. On the way out, press the call button and wait for someone to speak to you and let you out) -exits are tiny spaces and meandering, so for an SUV, watch your side mirrors and manoeuvre carefully. - difficult to locate via sat nav. The post code points to another location. So give enough time as you may spend some minutes turning round and round the city centre area and remember to watch out for bus lanes and speed restrictions.

Great saving by pre-booking. Car park is city centre and secure with plenty of spaces, including Electric charge points. Take the ticket on entry, press the help button on exit, give booking reference and they raise the barrier.

Brilliant spot - 2 minute walk away from the Hyatt Regency Hotel where we were staying. Book early though as spaces are limited.
