  • Parking at Mailbox Car Park, B1

Fairly straight forward, parking space was generous and plenty when we arrived. Though the barrier didn't recognise our number plate, calling for assistance once in and when we were leaving was quick and didn't cause much of a delay. The car park is in the heart of the city centre and and covered and portered by cctv as well. Definitely highly recommended and will use again.

Saved £12 by pre booking, car park central and safe, road works in the area makes it a bit confusing to find but that's Birmingham all over at the moment, had a issue when trying to leave number plate not recognised but used help at exit point and sorted straight away, definitely use again

  • Parking on Centre City, Hinckley Street, B5

Perfect for Bullring Shopping Centre, just two mins away. Easy to find and access from the road. A little bit tight inside so be abit careful with maneuvers.

  • Parking on Irving St, B1

The space was a little difficult to find (it is the large green gate on Irving street, it will automatically open when you drive up to it). Plenty of spaces to chose from and easy access to and from car when needed.

  • Parking on The Lewis Building, B4

Excellent customer service by everyone, particularly from the gentleman at the reception of the Lewis building. Had to cancel because we found it dIfficult to negotiate the lower ramp without scuffing the alloys. In fairness we were told the space was not ideal for our large family estate.

  • Parking on Hospital Street, B19

Really safe place with a friendly owner
