Bridlington Train Station first opened in 1846, however the present concourse and main platforms date to expansion of the station in 1912. The station offers a ‘steam era style’ buffet, which is privately managed and fully licensed. The parts of the main building that are now not needed by the railway are used by local interest groups –the parcel office has become and arts centre run by MIND mental health charity.
