By Train:
There are three main train stations that serve the central of Glasgow, all of which are in close distance to where the Christmas Markets are.
Glasgow Central (G1 3SL), has links with the rest of Scotland and the North of England. To the likes of Edinburgh, East Kilbride and Motherwell, as well as Carlisle, Preston and London Euston in England.
Glasgow Queen Street (G1 2AF), has connections across most of the north of Scotland. To and from the likes of Helensburgh Central, Dundee, Airdrie and Edinburgh.
Argyle Street (G2 8DL), has departures throughout Glasgow and beyond. With links to Larkhall, Dalmuir, Whifflet and Milgavie.
By Bus:
There is an expansive bus network across Glasgow and getting a bus that stops within a short walk from the heart of the Christmas markets is easy. Both First Group and City link would be the best for gaining information on routes, timetables and prices.
Closest stops being: St Enoch Subway, Buchanan Street, Argyll Arcade, Howard Street and Central Station.
By Car:

Glasgow is accessible from the M8 from Edinburgh and via the M6 onto the A74 from the North and North West of England. Or the A1 via the A66 onto the M6 from London.
By Plane:
Glasgow airport offers domestic flights across Scotland, England, Ireland and to some European cities.
It’s a 17 minute drive, or a direct 15 minute express bus service into the city centre of Glasgow.
By Subway:
There are 15 subway stations which span across 6 miles from the West End and the City Centre of Glasgow. Stops closest to the Christmas markets would be St Enoch and Buchanan Street.
