Following the given directions the space was easy to find. Great location for both old and new Town. Would definitely recommendGemma
Need to make people aware they need a passcodeNicole
Parking was great, however the computer console still said I needed to pay £96. I talked to reception who said this can happen and to just go. This is now causing me worry incase they want the money back off of me at somepoint, but other than that the space was 100% worth the price.Nathan
Please replace the word “space” with “Office” in the instructions: “The space is located at 11 Brandfield St,” Better to say “Park outside the Stay-City Office located at 11 Brandfield St.” then say “Go inside the office and say to Reception staff that you are a YourParkingSpace customer and be given the code to open the barriers for the underground car park.” Entrance to the underground car park is at least 25 metres away on the opposite side of the road through automatic gates. Reception staff were helpful in giving the code/instructions and explaining which spaces were available in the underground car park. I went back to the car a couple of times and drove out and back for a day trip during our 3 days booking. I would recommend this facility as good vaults secure parking for this West End area of Edinburgh.Stephen
Used this app for the first time after deciding to drive from Glasgow to Edinburgh rather than get the train. Google maps took me straight to the address and the space was easy to find and there was a cone marking the spot. It is a good 30 minute walk into town but such a great price! Will definitely use again. ThanksGillian
Good location, no problems.William
Easy to find although the Reception sign to the hotel confused matters slightly. Good instruction, very polite when booked in and helpful. Would use again.Lisa
