Excellent location - right next to the station, where I was catching a train to Manchester. Location is very central and an excellent price - £5.50 for 12 hours! Would definitely recommend.

Location was fantastic, one minute walk to the Newcastle Central train station. It was easy to find and I'd park there again. The only thing was that the parking bays are really quite tight so just be careful.

Great easy service. Very well signed posted. Parking bays a bit tight but overall great value for money, ideal location for the train station or for a day of shopping. I will definitely be back and use this service again. It was stress free and hassle free

impossible to locate the car park as it did not have a name ,only a street post code. With the added mayhem of the road work chaos we did not use our paid for space

So easy to find, great space for my car and so handy when coming home to just jump in the car and head home. Got another trip planned soon so will def be booking again.

  • Parking on Dex Car Park, NE1

Easy to book, no problems close to st James Park 8 mins walk if that .. close to shops and easy to find

  • Parking on Ord Street, NE4

Quite easy to find but we couldn't get to the car park initially as the road was blocked due to the Ed Sheeran concert (this was the reason for our visit). Phoned and spoke to the car park staff who were great. We managed to get parked shortly afterwards. There were a handful of cars when we were there at 4:30pm on Saturday, and only a few left when we returned from the concert at midnight. So we needn't have worried about getting blocked in. I would use this car park again.

Very easy to find. We got to park right outside the reception. 15 minute walk to St James Park. Would definitely use again.

Hi parking was stressful as hotel barrier was down and not working so you had to go into the hotel to get them to manually open the barrier on entry & exit. Also they did not appear to know you hire out there parking bays.
