Hi Yes parking here was so easy just make sure you don't go right into drop off part stay left and then go straight into the car park loads of spaces really brilliantAlastair
Was easy to find with the google map with the latest update about roadworks..Balan
Very easy and efficient. However, I did have to extend my parking space due to issues with Eurostar and the extra hour wasn't added to my booking so had an issue leaving the car park. However it was quickly sorted so not really a problem.Sarah
Not happy at all. Got to Ashford with time to spare but was driving around trying to find the entrance because of the roadworks. In the end parked in another outside carpark as we were afraid we would miss our train. When we got home late friday eve a friend told us you have to come into Ashford from the other end of town so how are we meant to know that. Surely there should be signposts to direct drivers.Paul
Effortless and excellent value for money. Bought a two-day ticket over a weekend. Arrived early Saturday am, parked and picked up late Sunday evening for 10 quid. Yes, the roadworks around the site are a hassle but diversion directions are in place and they got me where I needed to be without too much of a problem and not the fault of the car park company. Will definitely use again.Lindsay
What was easy? Booking and paying - no problem at all. But... Getting there? What a total farce that was! Allowing for one pit-stop, just under two hours from Leighton Buzzard to Ashford. From leaving the M20 at Junction 10 to actually parking the car? Another HOUR!!! Reason - vast roadworks in Ashford and around the station and ring road that no-one had bothered to tell me about and which, therefore, presumably had been placed there by the cone fairies only the night before. The diversion signs only worked if (a) you knew you were looking for 'HS2' (Which I thought was a white elephant railway heading north from Euston) or (b) You are heading out of Ashford, back the way you came in. Not one single diversion sign referred to Ashford International Car Park and no mention was made on the confirmation of booking. Good grief! What a totally NAFF way to treat customers!!! Would I recommend this car park? You must be joking. But - what do expect for £5.00 a night? Customer Care? (B*****Ks!)Chris
Did have trouble finding the car park due to road works. But I know that’s not down to them. Can’t complain with the price £10 for 48 hours is very good. Just a bit miffed when leaving the gate wouldn’t open and the screen said our “payment has expired” but luckily we did get let out very quickly.Chris
Massive detour due to roadworks, badly signposted. Allow an extra 30 mins.Paul
The booking process was simple and straightforward the location is very handy for centre of Rye. Didn’t see the owner but wasn’t necessary anyway. The pictures were very helpful to identify the location. But the satnav recommended route takes you down a very narrow unmade road “shipyard lane” we over shot the turning first time as it didn’t look like a road. There is another way in on a better road which is probably the van route mentioned in the advert. I would recommend everyone uses the van route. Otherwise no problems.Paul
