Certainly good value compared to my previous parking place of choice, Great Northern in Watson St where I encountered a stiff price rise and removal of concessions when used in conjunction with Bridgewater Hall. Have used Park Avenue some years ago but found the bays rather narrow and never easy to manoeuvre out even with a Honda Jazz. Easier this time due to far fewer cars being there on the night we used it. Agree with a previous reviewer who noted nothing was said in pre-visit instructions about the token system to exit. Those instructions say "You do not need to identify yourself to anyone on site the car park has received your booking details in advance. To exit simply leave via the designated exit." Not true, unfortunately. Checking with the attendant before leaving, I was informed that on leaving i should first visit said attendant. He asked whether I had my email confirming the booking (I had!). There didn't seem to be any on line record of the booking to which he could refer; he copied info from the email, validated my token and I was on my way. None of this was an issue, but maybe it could have been had I not read others' experiences and gone prepared. Although the car registration was required at the time of booking, it wasn't asked for when arriving or leaving and not sure it was ultimately relevant. Would i have got in with a different vehicle? Also note that while the information about the car park describes it as "open air surface car park," it isn't open air. This may be relevant for someone. Although I have concerns about the actual space to both park and manoeuvre, it is convenient for The Bridgewater Hall and good value compared to the surrounding car parks.

Very good service! Easy to find and very handy for the centre of town. You can literally walk from here to most places.

Perfect location for comedy club parking or anything else in deansgate. Took a token as i drove in and when i returned to the car park handed my booking confirmation over to a friendly guy in an office behind the pay station. Car park is really well lit and i felt safe as a lady parking on my own meeting family already at the comedy club.

Locating the car park & parking up was straightforward. Booking confirmation did state that we would be able to simply drive out of the car park without further verification as the car details were already registered. However we were issued with a token on arrival & had to provide proof of booking to the car park attendant before we could leave. We would have given 5 stars if not for this incorrect information.

The car park was extremely difficult to find, especially in the dark at rush hour. We had to force our way across oncoming traffic to enter, having missed the site the first time. Our GPS was useless. Studying the photo on the website was really the only way we found it. Once inside, the attendant was extremely helpful and efficient, and sympathetic!
