We booked our parking space about 40 mins before we arrived. The car park was easy to find on the sat nav, the barrier recognised our numberplate and the ticket was issued as explained on our booking details sent by email. It cost £12 for a day and a half. Easy short walk to Manchester Piccadilly station.

  • Parking on Gorton Street, M3

Easy to find by Satnav except our Satnav(TomTom) put in the name Norton instead of Gorton Street but still took us to the right street. The street is a cul de sac and the car park is at the end. The park is 200 yds from the Qpark but is half the price. We were met by an attendant who guided us to our park space and appeared on our return (11pm) to open gates and guide us out. Very good value and an easy walk into Deansgate and city centre.

A great service for those who only want a few hours parking in a large city centre - in my case Manchester. However, trying to get to my designated parking space at the Murcure Hotel in New York Street, proved to be a real challenge due to complicated one way traffic system, road closures and road works (I had to reverse in a one way street in order to avoid going around for a fourth time and missing New York St. - obviously, none of this has anything to do with yourparkingspace and I would highly recommend them).

Firstly, I will definitely use this company again. Bargain price and very good communication. I was going to a show at the Opera House, Manchester and I first phoned NCP car parks. I was told the price for parking for just 3.5 hours would be £28 ! Bugger that. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask...... I chanced upon SIP parking and was delighted to find out the same 3.5 hours would be just £5. We arrived, 5 of us, on a dark, raining and windswept night, running slightly late. I found the car park reasonably well and drove in and parked up as requested via email. The car park was spacious and well lit. We had to dash off into the night to get to The Opera House on time, which we did, but because of this, I hadn't time to look around the car park. I expected to see some porta-cabin or office so I might ask directions from a member of staff. I didn't see one in the rush. I'd have settled for a buzzer on the wall, or a phone on a stick in the car park, just to contact someone if needed. Yes, I was given a number via email, but I assumed a member of staff might be around. I saw no one. I wondered about security too, if there were only security cameras and no staff on site. In my rush, I might have been wrong, and if so, I apologize for assuming differently. If I'd seen a phone or a member of staff, I'd give a 5 star rating for sure. As it is, there's no question I'll use SIP parking again. A bargain.

Fabulous and such a convenient way to park in a safe and clean parking facility without paying a ridiculous amount of money

Easy to find and very reasonably priced parking in the centre of Manchester. My number plate was recognised and the barrier went up, I experienced no issues on arrival or exit.
