Very convenient for the Wellington Hospital and St Johns Wood tube. Car park has easy access and booking gave clear instructions for exit. Spaces are tight for bigger cars but accessible with care.Mike
thank you for making the process very easy!!! it was a perfect space for where i needed to go. excellantKaren
Not very happy!! The reality did not match your Access Information. My booking did not have a bar code, but I could not find an intercom button on the payment machine at this carpark - and there was no-one present in the adjacent 'office' - so I could not inform anyone of the Access Code 7782335 . With no obvious alternative, and assuming that my credit card details would have been registered on your system (as is the case, for example when booking rail tickets) I entered the card expecting to get a 'free' exit ticket - and was charged another £24, making a total of £39 !! Please organise a refund.Michael
Very easy to find and perfect location. I would Absolutely recommend. Many thanks!Abi
Excellent communtication with owner and fast reply. Recommended.Peter
This is really easy to find, and was a very quiet car park on a Bank Holiday Monday. I can understand the comments about tight spaces, but given how quiet it was then there was no shortage of spaces with space. So quiet you *might* be tempted to park across two. There was no one around to speak to, so some might feel a little uneasy about that, but found it well lit and safe. Few minutes walk to St Johns Wood tube and Bond Street just two stops away. Perfect.Helen
very tight parking for a Q7. a bit tight entering and leaving. managed to find an empty spot. if we didn't book it was showing £24 on the barrier exit. approximately 25 minute walk to London Zoo. but once we got to London Zoo there are plenty of pay and display on the outer Circular. no issues leaving just call the number on the exit barrier give your booking reference number and they lift the barrier. will definitely use again.Balal
This parking was easy to find and I would recommend to other people. Really easy to use.Emma
