Thank you very much - the car was safe and secure there, and a nice walk into the city centre.

Perfect spot as far as parking is concerned in the heart of Leicester city centre. Has a barrier system in and out. Only inconvenience is that you need to take your ticket to the attached Mercury Grand Hotel to have your ticket verified each time you leave the parking space. Hence 4 stars.

Easy to find and plenty of spaces available. Perfect for city centre shopping in Leicester and literally around the corner from the Van Gogh Immersive Experience.

We parked on a Monday evening about 16:30. The car park was about 1/3 full so plenty of space. The procedure of pre payment and validation at the hotel reception worked perfectly well. Also the cost was good in comparison to other close car parks. However the entrance is within a one way system and if you miss the entrance (which is just after the Black Boy, boarded up, pub) it's go around again! Finally the Mercury Hotel entrance is on Granby Street for those that are unaware.

MAKE SURE TO CHECK IN BEFORE PARKING AS YOU WILL NEED THE KEY CARD TO ACCESS THE BUILDING Overall very convenient, easy to take luggage to the rooms as the lift is right there as soon as you enter. If you have children try and park near the door for the easiest access

The car park was very well signposted, plenty of spaces available (most of the car park in fact!), and literally just a few minutes walk to the food/shopping centre of the city. The price was very reasonable, and the website and service was very good too, so I would book this car park and use this company again in future.
