Great safe easy parking.great price superb.Michelle
Very safe place to park but really difficult to park as lots of concrete columns and tight corners.Kathleen
Great location , very secure and will defiantly be parking here again .John
We went to see a show at the Empire Theatre and wanted somewhere to park close to the venue. Traveling from Preston by car I was not familiar with Liverpool and wanted somewhere easy to get to. The car park was easy to find and had plenty of spaces. I would definitely recommend this car park, booking online made an easy transaction.Jillian
Not bad. Managed to park on the 5th floor. Slightly narrow turns going up and down but it's ok. There was a problem with the entry machine going back in. The ticket wasn't going into the slot to scan it and open the door. Another guy managed to force it in after a few mins. That was only the slightly worrying aspect which I hope gets fixed. Otherwise, good.Christian
Great location and very secure parkingCheryl-Charlie
Great parking , I stayed 3 days for £9 . Will definitely be staying again . highly recommend.Daniel
I have used this car park on a number of occasions as it is ideal for visiting Liverpool One shopping and the waterfront. It is clean, well lit and the spaces are large so ideal for todays cars. We booked for the evening but on our return at 8:45pm the escalators had been stopped and the shutters closed. The only way to get back to our car was via the two lifts and the demand was high as the River of Lights festival was taking place. My wife and I who were wearing masks were not comfortable in being in close proximity to people who were not wearing masks. In view of incresing Covid cases I would ask the owners to review this access policy. We scanned our bar code at the payment machine but when we tried to leave the car park the barrier demanded that we pay £14.50. We summoned help via the suppirt button and the respionse was helpful, quick and efficient in that we gave our registration and were allowed to leave.David
Well secure parking fabulous thanksDavid
