    We found the space quite easily. Rosetta was vey helpful in guiding us into the space and explaining how the key fob worked. The space would be tight for a large car but OK for my Audi Q2. It was about a 20 minute walk to the Etihad Stadium so I would recommend the space for anyone heading to a match there.

    Secure space and cheaper safer than surrounding car parks. Rosetta was very helpful . Would definitely recommend. Our car is Toyota CHR hybrid. the parking was a little tight but it did fit.

    Safe, secure space. Owner really friendly and helpful. Only down side was not knowing its only just about suitable for a larger car, range rover evoque only just squeezed in with mirrors folded in. Smaller car excellent safe space, uber into central Manchester just £7 to £8, or 1.5 mile walk.

    Used for going to the football, about a 15 minute brisk walk to stadium and managed to avoid traffic around stadium when leaving.

    Communicative and friendly owner. Safe and enclosed parking bay at minimal cost. Under half an hour walk to / from the Etihad. Fish and chips en route to the ground. Avoided much of the traffic heading South West out of Manchester.
