I have been parking here for more than 5 years, it is highly convenient as my office is in Centre City. Over the three floors of parking I have always been able to find a space. The parking bay sizing can be a problem, on three occasions I have sustained damage to my car. Circulation around the car park is tight, particularly at the exit gate, I have witnessed four incidents where the driver failed to navigate accurately brushing the off-side wall or the near-side steel gate frame. The number plate recognition system is temperamental. All in all I can recommend the car park.

This was a perfect parking space for us, the right side of Birmingham to get easily out of the city. The fact that it was pulled with 1 weeks notice caused us a problem. This is a 24 hour car park and access was really good. The building sits in the right place for the Hippodrome.

No problems. On occasion the side entrance/exit door (card activated) was out of order which is slightly annoying. For the immediate future, access is difficult if coming in from the M38(A) Expressway; Paradise Circus is closed - long diversion that takes you through Fiveways Island. Adds quite a bit of time to the commute. Less of a problem, obviously, if coming in from the Bristol Road. Would return there when the works on Paradise are completed.

Location is great and people friendly. Downsides were that spaces and ramps were tight/thin and only suitable for small to medium cars Fills up too just after 8am and so finding a space is harder then D
