Space Description

Parking available in the Indigo car park on Hertsmere Road, close to Canary Wharf. It's located outside the Congestion Charge Zone.

The car park is also popular for those visiting the O2 Arena. West India Quay DLR station is a short walk away, which takes you straight into North Greenwich station which is next to the O2. It is located outside the Congestion Zone.

The car park is manned 24/7 and is frequently patrolled.

After you book the car park attendants will be provided with your vehicle registration. On exiting just pop through the parking shop (located by the entrance), the attendants will then open the barrier so that you can leave the car park. There's no need to print out your booking confirmation.

Please note that a booking is valid for one entry and exit only (unless you purchase monthly parking).

Some vans may be unable to access the car park as there is a height restriction of 1.90m.

The spaces can be accessed 24/7. Suitable for vehicles up to the size of a Large - (4x4).

    Fairly easy to find, satnav worked ok. Really good to have a secure space overnight in East London, there was plenty of room and we parked on the first level straightaway. Only issue was when we came to leave, the kiosk wasn't manned so I rang the number in the email which was Saba's number (car park operator), took ages to get through to an actual person, who although helpful, would have been far better to put in the email, just go straight to barrier and press the intercom button straightaway as that then puts you directly through to whoever's manning the car park that day. Added an extra 15/20 mins to journey which I would rather have spent with the family! Otherwise good

    Wouldn’t let me out the barrier without paying despite prepaying over the app. Called assistance and they let me out. Didn’t take too long, just annoying.

    Confusing where this car park actually is, I thought it would be called Herstmere car park, come to find out driving around it's called Westferry Circus (I think) car park. Driving it through the barriers is a SQUEEZE for my X6 and OMG driving out was a pain- I drove up to the barriers expecting the barrier to go up so I can go, that didn't happen, I had to press the Help button spoke to this sharp speaking man, he asked for my booking number (Like I am going to have this to hand while driving down the spiral driveway), I dig around for it in the dark in my car for it on my phone NEXT thing he says that he's found it, so if he has seen my car reg WHY have me root around looking for some that I booked online & he could have found in a second?! Just about to drive out and thought the car was going to be stuck trying to drive out from the barrier heard my alloys crunching on the hard concrete blocks either side of the barrier that was another squeeze and felt the pressure of the car lights behind me to drive away. Then there's ANOTHER bleeping barrier making it 2 barriers JUST to leave this car park, I don't understand WHY, no other car park has this or does this. I will TRY to dodge this car park BUT it was so conveniently close to were I was going. This is definitely not my favourite car park to use.

    we parked on arrival and checked with the parking office because we didn't have a 'blue chip' - he said not to worry all ok to leave in the morning - the next morning we again went to the office to advise that we were leaving the man checked registration number and then checked where we purchased spot from with proof and he checked on his computer that we had paid . We left but at the gate we were held and were told we hadn't paid - again the payment was checked (we waited over 5 mins) - i am sure only once was sufficient - overall it was convenient to our hotel - clean and tidy
