Took barely a minute to book, nothing to print out, just pressed the ‘Help’ button by barrier upon leaving and gave reg no. to be let out. All very easy and would use again.

I thing the YourParkingSpace is an awesome service to people. I also needed help and the staff there was helpful and sorted my trouble when I couldn't get through the barrier. I am rating it with three stars as a note to let you know that as first time customer I had difficulty to find an entrance as the post code got me next to the building, but I couldn't see any sign pointing to the entrance, so was going several times around. My next trouble was getting in and out as I couldn't see any info about how to get in, when I have prepaid the parking via the app. Also I found it a bit confusing where the customer service was and where the reception was and the app even there is some info about the parking and photos, which is really good to have them there, I didn't find it very clear. Thank you, Irena.

Very smooth booking system. Easy parking and reasonable cost for London. As A blue badge holder it was good to find designated bays immediately after the entrance. Would use again.

All went very snoothly except when leaving. Attendant at car park was performing tour so not in the office and indigo were not answering phone number supplied so had considerable wait whilst we toured the car park trying to find attendant. Once found however he was very helpful and let us out with no problem.

Great place to park for Olympia, just an easy walk straight up Kensington High Street. No bother getting in or out, and car park staff were polite and helpful. Also useful tip is it's handy for the loo in the library next door if you've had a long drive!......... Would use this parking space again. Thank you :)

Having parked my car later Friday afternoon in the Hornton Street car park I confirmed with the kiosk that I would be able to have my ticket validated early Sunday morning, I was assured the car park was manned 24/7. The was no one to validate my ticket on Sunday morning and the phone number provided was not answered, I had to pay again at the machine at the normal rate to get my car out of the car park and am now trying to get a refund for the double payment. Not impressive.

The process of booking was straightforward and worked efficiently. The price gave a £10 saving on the daily rate [not the £20 claimed] and I received email updates. Excellent! My only issue was with exiting the Indigo car park itself. It was not manned when I attempted to leave at 23.35 and it took several minutes to finally get a response from the remote "help". Eventually he found my car registration number on the system and opened the barrier, but it was somewhat frustrating. Yourparkingspace needs to check pricing details and perhaps produce a bar-coded voucher rather than relying on an inefficient and not very helpful car parking company. Hence four stars and not five!
