The instructions we received after advance payment were to drive straight into the ca park and that the machine would recognise our registration number. This we did and there were plenty of spaces so all seemed well. On arriving at the exit I went to the manned booth as per the instructions to give him our registration number. The attendant seemed rather unsure and didn't ask for our reg number as I had expected. I was glad I had printed out my receipt as I don't have the app on my phone. He then asked for my ticket so I explained we had been instructed to drive straight into the car park. He seemed to think that was unusual but fortunately gave me a ticket anyway to insert into the machine to lift the barrier. My point therefore is that the instructions are muddling, both for driver and attendant. Either we drive straight in or we take a ticket. Do we in both cases have to get out of the car to speak to the attendant on exit? Please ensure that instructions are clear as it can be very stressful especially if one is in a hurry. Thank you.

PROS: Affable staff and plenty of spaces. Centrally located enough to be near the good sights and shopping districts of London but outside the Congestion Charge Zone. CONS: Located within a one way system and little room to manoeuvre when finding and entering a parking space. Not recommended for large cars.

Super simple process and easy to find parking garage. On leaving we seemingly confused the parking attendant who didn't quite know how to deal with us, but it was quickly solved.

You have to go to the office of parking payment to get your parking ticket operated by showing receipt from Your Parking Spot app. Other than that it was a smooth experience.
