Very convenient, easy to find and very secure underground car park. We booked in advance £7 for 24hrs so we weren’t driving around looking for parking when we arrived which saved us time and stress! Would definitely use again especially with the app.

I did write to say we couldn’t drive to London and use the space due to illness and asked if we could change the date but did not receive a reply

The place was easy to find and there was ample parking, driving out was easy too with just a quick call to the attendant through the intercom to open the barrier.I gave it four stars instead of five because I feel the pedestrian exits could be better signed and I was a little bit cheesed off to find I could not get back in the same way on foot as I had left the carpark meaning I had to walk back around the front carrying heavy cases to get to my car. This may have been because it was a Saturday morning but there were no signs warning me of this. However, this was only really a minor inconveinience and I would use this car park again.
