    Found car park entrance easily but confusing as we turned in front of the sign and went through a barrier and found very few spaces here and none were free so had to go to reception to get ticket to exit. Immediately on the other side of the sign was the entrance and barrier for the underground car park which was easy to use with lots more spaces. I did feel the signage could have been better. Staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful. Easy, convenient car park.

    Good parking space in front of Thistle Hyde Park Hotel just off Bayswater Road. Easy to find and great for access to Kensington Gardens which are just across the road.We were staying at Lancaster Gate Hotel which was a five minute walk away so great to have car nearby if needed.Simple process of picking up permit from hotel reception before leaving car.Would recommend and use this space again if in the area.
