Excellent location. Short walk (couple of mins) to China Town and Leicester Square. Big bays and well lit. So felt very safe.

Clean and secure parking, only gave four stars as we had trouble trying to leave. Intercom on exit was not working but eventually managed to leave after ten minutes. If your paying on site it would have cost double compared to using parking app so the ten minutes was worth it.

Easy to find, easy to park, very conveniently located right by Leicester Square. Only hiccup was that ticket wasn't validated so had to call for an attendant. We had to wait at least 5 minutes before our call for help was acknowledged but as soon as I gave the attendant my booking reference number, the barrier was raised for me to exit. Very convenient parking for London

It is a very good central location for parking at the price of £22 almost all day. The space is a bit tight for my SUV, and I shouldn't have parked near the entrance of the car park because of urine on the floor. Should have tried to park further inside the car park instead. On exiting the car park, the ticket with the bar code wasn't recognised by the payment machine, and I have to press the 'call' button' at the barrier to talk with the staff and give my booking details. so it is a manual system if you book via yourparkingspace online when you exit.
