Need to know

Head to the terminal and park in one of the ‘Permit Holders Only' bays, where your driver will meet you.

Hand over your keys and your car will be parked in a secured car park while you take the short walk to check in.

When you get back, give the car park a call when you've picked up your luggage, and you'll be met at the same place you dropped off your car.

If you're returning to another terminal, let your driver know when you arrive and they'll bring your car back to the other terminal for you.

Electric vehicle charging

Airport Meet and Greet can charge your car for £25. Let your driver know when you drop off your car.

You'll need to bring your own type 2 charging cable and leave it in the car.

The small print

Early or late? If you collect your car earlier than planned, you won't receive a partial refund. If you return later than planned, you may need to pay an overstay charge.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/no minibuses or vehicles with more than 8 seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

If you know you'll be late or your arrival time is wrong, call the car park and let them know as soon as possible – you'll be charged if you arrive more than an hour after your scheduled time.

All commercial and non-commercial vans must pay £15 on arrival.

Returning to the South Terminal? Don't worry. Let the car park know when you arrive and your car will be brought back there for free.
