Many thanks for contacting us the night before to clarify the exact spot and see us in early on the day. I had not managed to see the photo which made it clear to access the space, one should back in tight to the wall close in front of the black garage door to the left of the house and set back. Owner has listened and learnt to all previous reviews. Good communications. Good, clean, well lit, spacious parking spot. Some tips: 1) Do back into the space to allow you to leave easily on your return. 2) If you return late in the evening there are very few airport exits which get you onto the correct path, as the airport is geared to take your money by encouraging taxi pickups and rail journeys. However if you know where to look you will be at your car in 10 min, probably quicker than even getting a taxi because you don’t have to walk to the rank. The key is to Look for little signs to “Metrobus and Local Buses”. You take a lift down to the ground floor from opposite Costa, immediately next to the arrivals door. Do not follow the signs to the trains or taxis. This lift takes you out through a back entrance to the airport and under the underpass under the A23 and Airport Way. It’s worth using Google Maps walking directions at night. 3) The walk to the airport along the chain path by the railway line (accessible from half way down “The Crescent”) is a bit of a mission if you have a couple of suitcases. It’s rough, badly kept and not well lit. Otherwise an Uber on my return would have been £20 which would have rendered official airport parking cheaper and probably more convenient.

It was such a narrow place to park. Ended up doing crazy amount of turning just to come out of the parking space and hitting my car on the wall. Arrived late and a car was parked behind my vehicle. Just not worth the hassle tbh. Walk form the airport to the parking space is not well lit at night. Taxi cost a lot is ended up almost paying the same has parking at the airport.

Easy to find and park, not much communication from the owner though. I just parked and left, car still there in one piece when I returned! A 10 minute walk to the South Terminal along a chain link path next to the railway line, or 15 minute walk through the park and by the river.
