Excellent customer service by everyone, particularly from the gentleman at the reception of the Lewis building. Had to cancel because we found it dIfficult to negotiate the lower ramp without scuffing the alloys. In fairness we were told the space was not ideal for our large family estate.

Really easy to find convenient city centre parking. The only problem I had when I first started parking at the site was that someone kept parking in my allotted space which meant I had nowhere to park. Once I pursued this with the Lewis building, this problem was finally rectified but it did take a few weeks of me paying for a space I could not use.
