Pros : Parking space was located in a residential area, easy to find and at a good price. Cons : Keypad didn't work on the door which was open for the full duration of the stay. Broken glass on the floor from previous vehicles that had been broken in to. People sleeping rough in the car park which smelled strongly of urine. No way of contacting the Parking Company via phone and responses to e-mails took 24 hours. One huge improvement you could make is to be contactable on a phone ! Fortunately my car was intact when I collected it.

Not bad. Very tight getting in. C class Merc fitted, just. Shutter still broken. Debris around entrance. Spaces actually quite tight. One small bonus was the 3 pin plug for my hybrid. I found it easy to find using Waze. Pretty cheap, but the Tesco near by may be easier for many people.

Easy enough to find. I would definitely use this space again.

Very awkward to find, the postcode does not take you anywhere near the space, once we found the space, very tight to swing car in, I drive a golf, I’d say anything bigger would end up scratched. Also meant to be secure but upon arrival and when we left the shutters we’re open so anyone could come in and out. Two minute walk to tube station so good for location and cost. On a budget so you get what you pay for I suppose.

Convenient location. Difficult access (scraped the entire side of my car on the way in this time trying to execute the two tight turns that lead to the narrow ramp with raised curbs). Wasn’t secure as shutter is broken. Broken glass in several bays, litter and rubbish built up throughout. On arrival I met one other customer who was trying to address the fact that he had his car broken into the previous night - explains the broken glass. He didn’t appear to be having much luck, and was still there 3 hours later when I went back to check on the car. Won’t be using again.

Great location by earl court underground . A little tight to get in and the space was small , we had a mini countryman and squeezed in.

Extremely tight unless you have a tiny car.

!!!TERRIBLE!!! The turning into the car park is beyond teeny-even in my Mini Countryman I chose to reverse in… The car park is filthy-rubbish,poo you name it,it’s there. When I tried to park I ended up getting out of my passenger door as the spaces are really small and everyone seemed terribly parked. I then realised the Audi in the space next to me had its back windows smashed in. I then squeezed into another filthy small space. The barrier was also up all day leaving me on edge as to what state my car would be in when I returned… Find another space, pay more and park elsewhere.

It was really convenient and easy to book. On the day we're leaving the hotel. the carpark place was broken in too They had smashed another cars windows and had attempted ours. The Shutter to the entrance was completely damaged. There was no number to call and I emailed them yesterday and they messaged to say they had passed on the issue. I thought they would call but nothing!!!! My husband had to hold the Shutter while I drove the car out. Firstly there should be a number to contact ASAP for emergency Secondly if we could not have left the carpark who would I have contacted. I'm glad husband was with me or we would have been stuck. Park at your own risk guys it is convenient and that's it. I was disappointed no one rang me after I reported it
