Brilliant, very easy to book online and just park up. Staff were very friendly. Car was also lovely and cool in this heatwave as the parking is under the old railway arches. Read the previous review about turning off Blackfriars to Union St which really helped as sat nav was taking me another way.

No problem with the car park itself, but the surrounding streets, including Great Suffolk Street, have been reconfigured to allow one-way traffic only, unless you're on a bike. This does not show in the Jan 2021 Streetview images, nor in the nav system in my two-month-old car, which made finding a legal way to the car park entrance a frustrating task. Next time: turn eastward off Blackfriars Road into Union Street. You then have a legal left-turn into Great Suffolk Street, just a few metres from the entrance under the arches. Once you're in, it may feel like a location from The Sweeney, but there's plenty of room and the attendants are friendly. Now I know how to get there, I'll use it again.

Friendly staff, no issues. The space is a bit damp and this may be an issue for some.

It was very easy, and so convenient, and and the attendant was friendly, and £15 from 9.30 to 6.30 is reasonable compared to other car parks. It cost me £33 last week at the Fulham Broadway car park.

Great car park in an area that normally is very difficult to park. Car park entrance is on Ewer street not Great Suffolk street.

As a female I would not advice parking here. It is dingy and in a tunnel. Despite there being a parking attendant I still felt scared but had already pre-paid for parking and was now running late as the map in the app sent me elsewhere so had to type in the address sent via email into my satnav. I returned back to my car after sunset and I was stuck there as there is only one way to get in and out and a police car and ambulance was blocking the drive so I had to just sit in my car for almost 1 hour and wait for them to deal with whatever was going on. Personally I Won’t be using again More suitable for male drivers
