    Owner was very helpful - we exchanged a number of texts with him. The place is easy to find, but there is also a block of apartments on the street with the number 10 in them, so if you come into the wrong side of Varden Street, it can be confusing at first. However, if you follow the satnav instead of relying on sight, you get to the correct location.

    Brilliant space for access to Dental hospital, could be £15 though as I thought £18.75 was steep never the less easy and efficient for our needs on the day
