Very disappointed parking bays extremely small and no one policing of vehicles are parked correctly. Vans taking up more than one space leaving no room to actually fit into a paring bay pre paid for. Waited over an hour for someone to move a van just to park.

Arrived and only one space left free and one nobody would be able to get in. Spaces are very small, I have a VW Polo and was parked but could barely get out of my car. On return, I was blocked in by another vehicle and had to wait for them to move to get out. Good location just too many spaces in the area making them very small.

Very little spaces between cars. Small mo. of vehicles. Risk to miss your place if too many cars arrive

This is a ridiculous car park - I’ve tried to use it on a few occasions and the spaces are so narrow that you are either unable to squeeze your car in or if you do, then you are unable to open the door to get out. A number of vans use the spaces when the spaces are designed for considerably smaller vehicles.

Got to the car park and there is absolutely no way any car would have been able to park in the space given... it was tiny and blocked in, even a motorbike would have struggled to park there. Fortunately after waiting 5 mins somebody decided to leave so we managed to park in their spot.

Not sure what happened here, but when we arrived, all of the marked spaces had been taken. We were just able to squeeze in and park in the corner in front of the unused ex1t barrier. This was blocking another couple of vans, but we presumed that they would be staying much longer than we were & took the chance. Another motorist turned up & said that he had booked as well. He had to leave. The issue is that the site is unmanned & with the barrier up , anyone can drive in & pay by phone, not knowing, or caring, that the space that they take is booked
