Centally situated, but hard to drive to down Shaftesbury Lane etc!! There was a choice of reserved bays even though we were late and the whole area was very clean. The bays are non too wide and it was a struggle to get out of the car because of a pillar. Coming out, it took some time for the attendant to validate our booking reference which must have been a problem for the queue behind.

Always a tight place to get in and out of but very clean and very convenient. We use this whenever we go to the theatre. We had to put our ticket in a machine when leaving and scan our barcode from my phone, as it was all prepaid. It was disconcerting that the machine spat out our card on the 2nd attempt and said the word ABORT. We tried again thinking we’d failed.but couldn’t get the card in, so we drove to the barrier , risking it and our card worked - but we were very unsure if it would. Please can the machine say VALIDATED. or ACCEPTED when barcode is successfully scanned.

Good multi storey near all theatres. Instructions say you scan a bar code to validate the ticket but instead you have to drive to the exit barrier, press the intercom and provide your access number. Only one exit was working and another car was waiting behind us so thankfully the intercom was answered straight away rather than leaving us to wait for ages as in other reviews. The process still took 5 minutes or so though as we struggled hearing each other through the intercom. So overall confusing instructions and not straightforward to get out of the car park but not too bad either.

This parking was well located for the theatre and clean and tidy. The access was a bit difficult due to current roadworks making the access road passable for only 1 car at a time. A bit of manoeuvring was needed. Unfortunately the pre-paid service did not work as on return to the car park the machine did not recognise that we had pre-paid. The intercom system wasn't answered and the telephone service could not help, so we were stuck for about 30 minutes late at night with children. Additionally the pedestrian entrance door was not locked so there was free access to anyone. I would not use Q-Park or yourparkingspace again.

Pre paid a space for 2 days whilst visiting London. Good location as don't like using tubes. Booked the space as it said it was secure however returned the next day to put bags in the car and was able to walk straight in without using ticket entry. When parked was desperate for the toilet and was disappointed to find they were shut for refurbishment. On return parking for 24 hours or over you had to use the intercom to validate your ticket this took at least 10 minutes for someone to answer. They couldn't do this and was told to drive to the barrier and use intercom again. No surprise it took another 10 minutes for someone to answer again with a queue of cars behind me. Paid £50 for 2 days parking in central London so not bad. Would use again.
