Would have been 5 stars if you had put the location number on the signage in the car park. This would helped when both machines went down at The Mall Maidstone Kent at 8.30pm. As we would have just rang the payment through. I didn’t have the app, so downloaded that and payed easily- however, for elderly people you may want to change the word ‘Book’ to ‘Pay’ as if you didn’t know, you would think you are booking in advance. However the help was very good on WhatsApp, but not everyone has this - so telephone help 24hours would be beneficial- as if they are on WhatsApp then they can surely answer the phone. Overall it’s a good system, just need more information on signage so you know which number location you are at if you can’t install the app or speak to support on WhatsApp - this would then relieve you of having to put 24 hour telephone support on.
