I had not realised how close this was to the hotel we were staying at! It turned out it was just behind our hotel (the Mercure Liverpool Atlantic)- by pre-booking the space we paid less than the hotel's discounted rate too! We parked on the same level after entering through the barrier, had I not checked what the entrance looked like beforehand, I would not have turned into the correct road. The Sat Nav directed us up the opposite road! As it was, I recognised the entrance and we had followed directions for the Capital Car Park! I would use this car park again as it was very close to the centre and by Princes Dock for the ferry. After parking up, google maps directed us to walk out of the car park on another level (3), we ended up getting the lift then walking down stairs and out through the Capital building, a long way around, instead of walking straight out from the entry level parking spot and around Rumford Place which was just behind the Mercure Liverpool Atlantic hotel! On leaving we asked what we should do at the ticket office (just as you enter) and were told to drive to barrier and press intercom, we did this and gave our name and car details but it took a few minutes for the barrier to lift, we weren't asked for the booking reference!

I would recommend this parking for Liverpool city centre. 10 min walk to Liverpool 1 and mean shopping centre. Easy to use plenty of spaces
