Very polite and friendly. A young guy was happy for us to park slightly across the grass to make room for another car. Would recommend. Excellent service and app.Natalie
Good space, even for a 4x4Christopher
Excellent secure parking and very clear and easy to follow instructionsSally
Easy to find and very helpful staff at reception would recommend as safe and secure parking for anyone visiting Kew GardensBen
Easy to find as it is actually the Premier Inn car park so also very secure. No need to check in simply pick up the barrier code from reception on your way out. If you are heading for the station its a level 10-15m walk back along the main road so a little further out than the Paradise Road option.Graham
Very convenient for going to Brentford's Griffin Park - just a couple of minutes walk (I think next season is Brentford's last at Griffin Park, before moving to a new stadium a short distance away). We found it easily, though traffic was busy / slow moving the nearer we got. Exchanged a couple of brief texts leading up to the day. I would use it again next season, but may have to re-think for the following season at the new stadium.Lyn
When I arrived at the hotel there was no parking space available. Although I was short of time I waited for a while until someone left. This was after my stipulated arrival time. I was annoyed because I was due to me t someone about a mile away and was lateMaureen
Worked really well - thanksRachel
