    All very straightforward. Seemed well maintained and secure. The only slight confusion is knowing what to do with the ticket issued on entry since it doesn't appear to be needed for exit. The car recognition opens the barrier automatically.

    Very easy to book. The car park was easy to find. I arrived at the barrier and the ticket was issued, just as the instructions given when I booked. Parking space was easy to find. I overstayed by one hour and I asked the attendant what I should do., he was very helpful. I paid for the extra hour and exited through the barrier with no problem. On reflection I should have booked a little longer than I felt I needed, has I was shopping with my wife. I usually travel by public transport to Leeds to avoid the problem with parking, but now I will book this parking again and use the car.

    Easy to access. Been using for some time, and even when the camera doesn’t automatically recognise your reg and raise the gate, the remote staff are very helpful.
