  • Parking on Grainger Park Rd, NE4

Landlord rang for a taxi which came quickly. We were in such a rush that I left my keys in the car ignition. This was not realized until the following day. I rang the landlord and explained the situation, he rang back to say all was O.K. and that he had locked the car and put the keys in the Hotel safe. Upon return he refused a £10 tip for his assistance. Exceptional service. Barry Lawrence

  • Parking on Close Quayside, NE1

Convenient secure parking for a weekend visit to Newcastle. The car park is on the quayside, so it's a short walk to Newcastle city centre. The car park belongs to the Copthorne Hotel, which was very easy to find via satnav POI's. Your parking card/ticket is validated at the hotel reception prior to departure. The staff in the hotel were friendly and polite. The YPS booking was straightforward and totally hassle-free. I would be happy to use this car park again.

A short walk to the ground and behind a gate so secure

  • Parking on Close Quayside, NE1

Really easy to find the car park, it is signposted as you drive down the street. Covered car park which is a plus. Used the car park for a trip by rail using the Newcastle Central station. I dropped the cases off with my wife, drove to the car park and returned within 20 minutes, yes you have to walk up a steep hill to get back to the station but easy if you take your time. On return you need to gat your ticket validated at the Hotel reception which was signposted from the car park. One floor in the lift and then into reception. The staff were friendly and quickly validated my ticket. This was an easy process and I will definitely use again, also great value for money.
