Great parking space near where I needed to be. I have used this one a few times now. This time the front desk man over the speaker kept me waiting and didn't seem to know the procedure of letting me in. But after me waiting they let me in. Probably a new staff.

Five Star Customer Service treatment all the way from the very reasonably priced on line booking process through to parking (plenty of space) and the extremely efficient exiting process. Thank you

  • Parking on Kelly Avenue, SE15

It was fairly easy to locate the parking lot and get into the gate, however, the instructions on what spaces you can park in are not clear. It says to park in the back of the lot, but not near the garage and some of the spots are reserved but nothing is marked. We ended up parking in a reserved spot at the back of the lot and I had a nice cardboard note left on the windscreen telling me I’d been reported and lucky I wasn’t towed. Also, there’s no way to get out of the gate once your in and it’s closed. I had to reach through the gate and punch the code in by feel on the key pad.
